Orders For Delivery To Scotland, England, Wales And Northern Ireland (Except Channel Islands)

 1 We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used.

If you are unhappy with the quality of our products or they arrive damaged, please telephone immediately to arrange exchange items.

If you have ordered the wrong goods we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the postage both ways and they are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase. Always obtain and keep proof of posting.
 
1 Orders accepted by Post, Telephone, Fax, E-Mail or Online Shop.
Payment by Cheque, Postal Order, American Express, Mastercard, Switch or Visa Cards only.
 
2 We offer a mail-order service to all areas in Scotland, England,
Wales and Northern Ireland. All large parcels require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Small packets are sent by Letter Post. Orders sent to destinations above have a flat rate Postage charge of £3.00. Orders may take up to 28 days to arrive but usually only take around a week or less. Please phone for current despatch times, if required, at time of ordering. Please allow 10 days before enquiring about an Order.
 
2 We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification.
 
3 We are committed to preserving your privacy. We will only use the information we have collected about you lawfully. We will not pass on your details to anyone else.
 
3 Minimum Order value for goods despatched by post is £10.00 including postage charge. We will notify you of any items out of stock and despatch them to you as soon as stock is available with no additional postage charge.

When ordering by post please download and use the Order Form provided by clicking the link below. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be obtained free, if required, by clicking the Adobe link below.

Please State:
Full Name And Address, Telephone Number (For order problems
only), Code, Quantity, Colour, Size, a brief description of goods (If code is unclear) and Price. Please Write Clearly In Block Capitals.

If you wish to pick up your order from our showroom, please make sure you tick the Collection box on the Order Form. Otherwise your order will be sent out in the usual way and £3.00 carriage will be charged
 
4 All prices shown in this Catalogue include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Our VAT Registration No: 502 5143 95.
 
  Orders for delivery to all other countiries not listed above (including Channel Islands)

Payment with order by American Express, Mastercard, Switch or Visa Cards only. Orders will be charged in £ sterling at the exchange rate prevailing on the day of the transaction.

6 We offer mail order service to all countries outside the UK using
Small Packet, Independent Carriers or International Datapost. The full
cost of post and packing will be charged to your account when the order is despatched. We will inform you of the cost of postage before
despatching only if requested. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and service used.

7 All prices shown in this catalogue include VAT at the current rate of
17.5%. VAT will be deducted from your order if delivered to a non EC Country. To comply with current VAT regulations, VAT will only be deducted from orders to EC countries if documentary evidence of VAT exempt status is supplied.
